SLIP AND FALL: If you are a victim of a slip and fall accident, and try to identify the cause. Acquire witness information and take photos of the area of where the incident occurred if possible,and seek medical attention if needed.

MEDICAL MALPRACTICE: If you suspect that you've been a victim of medical malpractice, there are primarily two things that need to be proven in order to have a potential case. First, determine that the health care was negligent, meaning that they deviated from the normal standard of care, and secondly proof must exist that the damages were "proximately" caused by the malpractice.

AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS: Document all accident information for the insurance company and your attorney. Try to acquire a police report as it will easily identify responsible parties, witnesses, dates and locations. Seek medical attention if needed, and retain all medical forms and bills.

EMPLOYEE TERMINATION: Be sure that the employee has been provided with your company's guidelines, usually via a company handbook, and document all events justifying reason for termination in timeline fashion.

How much capital each person will contribute to the partnership? How much time and effort each person will be expected to contribute? What happens should one or more parties leaves the business?
