Hi everyone! My name is Bob Jung - welcome to my section! First, a little background information about me. I have been a practicing attorney since 1991. I am originally from Illinois, where I went to law school, but now I reside in Arizona, where I have my own successful practice. My practice areas focus mainly on criminal defense, DUI, personal injury, corporate, and business law, but as a general practitioner, I have a wide variety of other cases as well, including family law, juvenile law and estate planning. I have successfully defended cases ranging from murder down to simple shoplifting matters, and am currently licensed to practice law in Illinois and Arizona. I will be admitted to the California bar later this year.
As part of the ChooseLaw service, I will answer questions sent in by users, on any number of topics, and post the answers here. There is a link on the page on which you can submit any general questions you may have, and I will try to answer as many as time and space will allow. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like, and I will pick out the most relevant ones and answer them here every week.
